I first got into strength training because of joint pain and weakness in my 20s.

I was dismissed by my doctor, but I knew I didn’t want to live like that forever.

What started as a solution for my own discomfort turned into a calling to help other women feel strong, capable, and confident in their own skin.


Now, I work with women over 40 who feel like their bodies are changing in ways they don’t recognize — especially when it comes to sudden weight gain around the middle.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a gym membership?

No, exercises can be done from home or the gym.

I have pre existing conditions, and I can't do certain exercises. How will this work for me?

At this stage of life, most people do have some sort of problem to work around. We will work around any issues that you have and find modifications that will work for you. There is always more than one way to work a muscle.

What if I can't make a session?

All sessions will be recorded and available to you in the membership portal. If you can't make a session time, you can still do it on your own time.

You will also be provided a written program so you can do sessions at the gym if you prefer.

What kind of equipment will I need?

You will only need a limited amount of equipment.

2 sets if dumbbells is all that is required. We will provide you with a list of what you need to get started.

I have more than 20 lbs to lose. Will this work for me?

Yes! This will absolutely get you started. Ask about our extended programs designed for women with bigger weight loss goals.

Is nutrition included?

Yes! we provide recipes, meal plans, grocery shopping lists and meal prep instructions. We also provide guidance around making your own meal plans.

Are results guaranteed?

If you put in the work, you will see the results. We provide information, guided exercise, support & accountability. It is up to you to follow through on your commitment to yourself.
